Q: It's my first time. What do I do?
A: Happy to have you! Just register and show up 15 minutes prior to class. The instructor will walk you through the workout, show you around the studio, and let you know what to expect
Q: Tell me more about what to expect!
A: Comparing the class to a traditional barre format, expect to replace the brief stretching segments with quick cardio, and having an option to use heavier weights (2-15 lbs) and larger ranges of motion within the exercises. It's all customizable to your fitness level, and mini-breaks to regroup are certainly both welcomed and necessary!
Q: You say 'strength training'. what does that mean?
A: Don't be scared, we just have some exercises that include heavier weight options and wider ranges of motion. The weight range is between 2 and 15lbs, along with resistance band tubing. The entire workout can be customized to your comfort, fitness level, and how hard you want to push at any given time!
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Grip socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase at the studio. Towels are also strongly suggested but also available for purchase. We will provide you with a complimentary mat and bottle of water, however you are free to bring your own if desired.
Q: How hot does it get?
A: Heated classes usually hover between 85 and 95 degrees depending on your location within the room.
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations can be made up to 8 hours prior to class start time. Penalty for a Late Cancel is one class off of packages or $10 for unlimited subscribers. No Shows are penalized one class (for packages) and $15 for unlimited subscribers.
A2: We require a minimum of 5 participants to hold class. You will be notified via email at least 3 hours prior to class start if class is cancelled.
Q: How does the waitlist work?

If a spot becomes available up to one hour prior to class time you will be automatically added to the class (remember to take yourself off the waitlist should you change your mind). If you have signed up for email or text notifications, you will be notified that you've been added. If not, you can review "my schedule" within Mindbody to check your status.
