belle + barre signature
Our signature workout takes place in a heat controlled environment. This 60 minute non-stop class is focused on the full body and includes a variety of strength, dynamic toning, and cardio exercises, with a final stretch to round it out. While b+b maintains a ‘barre’ style foundation, the workout also incorporates a variety of strength training (dumbbells, light weights) and body-weight activity. Though class structure may vary by visit, the basic format will consist of 25% Core, 25% Upper Body, 50% Lower Body to ensure all major muscle groups are attended to and fatigued by the completion of class. All classes will include brief high-intensity cardio intervals and a final stretch series.
BELLE + BARRE Unheated
Our signature workout in an unheated room. These classes are 60 minutes and include the full Signature routine, combining strength exercises, dynamic toning, and cardio sequences while incorporating the traditional barre format. Though the class is not heated, it is still guaranteed to make you sweat!
belle + barre interval
For the belle + barre cardio junkies, we offer an intensive HIIT routine to take your workout to a new level. The goal of this 50 minute session is to increase your heart rate through various high intensity cardio intervals. After a light cardio warmup you'll alternate between strength and cardio exercises, with short periods of rest and recovery, and completed by a stretch and cold towel. This class is non-stop and both a cardiovascular and physical challenge.
This class occurs in a warm (~80 degree) room.
